10-12 pound Striper are being caught vertical jigging with Hopkins and Salty Dog spoons and jigs. Trolling with bucktails and Redfins is also working well. Better areas are Nutbush Creek and County Line Creek, on the lower end of the lake.
Topwater lures are taking bass early and late in the day. Try large popping baits, retrieved rapidly on windblown, rocky points.
Use deep diving crankbaits and plastic lures in pumpkinseed or june bug colors, fished on points and adjacent to wood, are taking bass from 10-15 feet of water, on dropoffs.
Crappie are located on brush piles in 10-12 feet of water.
