1. Largemouth Bass: Bass are holding tight to pockets, coves, and bluff banks this week. Early and late in the day, topwaters and suspending jerkbaits fished near brush and timber offer the best action. During daylight hours, jig ‘n pig combos and Carolina rigged plastic grubs in deeper pockets are producing solid fish.
2. Striped Bass: Stripers remain active downlake, especially near the mouth of Eastland Creek and around the Clarksville area. Trolling bucktails and crankbaits along main lake points and creek mouths with live shad as bait continues to be effective.
3. Crappie: Crappie are concentrated around bridge pilings and brushpiles, particularly near Clarksville. Small live minnows and tiny grubs fished in these spots are resulting in good limits.

Showers and thunderstorms this week may slow midday fishing, but the stable water temperature around 57˚ is keeping fish active in traditional late-fall patterns. Focus on structure-oriented presentations and be prepared for changing weather conditions. Overall, anglers should find productive opportunities across multiple species on Kerr Lake as we head into early winter.
